RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY - Concerns about merchandise should be made within 7 days of delivery. If no concerns are expressed within the allocated time, we reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns or exchanges. Merchandise returns or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Spring Import, Inc.. Decisions are made on a case-by-case scenario. All returned merchandise need to be in re-sellable condition with original packaging. Customer assumes all shipping costs.
