MEMBERS ONLY - Our business is not open to the public, it's members only. We require you to create a free account before you're granted our wholesale prices and access to purchase on our website.

ACCOUNT APPLICATION - The information you enter cannot be falsified. Submitting an application for an account does not guarantee approval. A representative will look over your application in a timely manner. You might be contacted by a representative to confirm information. We reserve the right to reject applications.

EMAIL CONTACT - You agree to be occasionally contacted by authorized company personnel via email concerning: placed orders, account updates, confirmations, and the like.

NEWSLETTER - We maintain an occasional newsletter with company updates, promotions, and announcements. You reserve the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter. The option to opt-out is available at the bottom of every newsletter we send out.

CREDIT CARDS AND SECURITY - Credit cards are processed on our secure payment gateway. we practice generally accepted industry standards to protect your personal information both during transmission and once we receive it. We encrypt all private and sensitive information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

PRICE MISTAKES AND ACCURACY - We are constantly adding new items, updating old listings, tweaking and making changes. We cannot guarantee that all the information is 100% accurate. In the event of a price mistake we reserve the right to cancel placed or pending orders. In the event of description mistakes we're allowed to be within reason. If descriptions are unclear, please contact us anytime Monday thru Friday, 9:30AM - 5:30PM Eastern.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY - Concerns about merchandise should be made within 7 days of delivery. If no concerns are expressed within the allocated time, we reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns or exchanges. Merchandise returns or exchanges are at the sole discretion of Spring Import, Inc.. Decisions are made on a case-by-case scenario. All returned merchandise need to be in re-sellable condition with original packaging. Customer assumes all shipping costs.
